Colin Kaepernick has returned to a Madden game for the first time since the 2016 season.
EA has announced Colin Kaepernick has returned for Madden 21 as a free-agent quarterback.
The news was announced today on Twitter by the official Madden account.

Kaepernick has been a free agent since the end of the 2016, and is a political activist known for kneeling during the national anthem.

To celebrate his return to the franchise, Madden NFL 21 will be free-to-play starting this Thursday, September 10 through Sunday, September 13.
